A repair history is more useful than the age of the neighborhood
A Naples home may have original piping alongside work completed during several remodels. Before committing to a repipe, bring the inspection report and earlier repair invoices. We look at the material and condition of the installed system; the construction year alone does not establish which pipes remain.
Separate the water lines from the drains
A supply-pipe replacement addresses the pressurized lines that bring water to fixtures. It does not automatically replace cast-iron drains or a sewer lateral. If an estimate simply says “repipe,” ask which system, rooms and connections it covers. Drain-camera findings and water-line leak history answer different questions.
Condo equipment replacement starts with the installation space
For a Naples condo water heater, the cabinet opening, service access and building shutoff arrangement matter alongside capacity. Send the existing label and a wide photo of the surrounding space. Our shop is at 1101 Sun Century Road, Ste A; call before visiting so the right person can discuss your project.
