A higher standard of plumbing in Naples, FL

★ Our story

A company built around people.

Florida Standard Plumbing was founded on a simple idea: treat our customers like family, and start by doing the same for our employees. We wanted to build a company where we could always do the right thing and help change our employees’ lives through fair compensation and a culture that makes people want to come to work every day.

At our shop, you’ll find a refrigerator stocked with drinks, cases of water for our technicians to take along, and snacks and candy to grab before the next job. Those everyday details reflect something bigger: we care about our team, and we enjoy being around each other.

We believe that when employees feel supported and take pride in where they work, customers feel the difference. Our culture is at the heart of our customer service and our success.

Military service. A lasting work ethic.

Our co-founder Cory served six years in the United States Navy, including two deployments to the Middle East. That service was an honor and helped form the work ethic, discipline and accountability that shape our company today.

Meet Ryan: more than 38 years in the trade.

Our co-founder Ryan brings more than 38 years of plumbing experience. Plumbing runs in his family: his brother and cousin are plumbers, and he grew up around the trades. That lifelong connection to the work is part of what he brings to every project.

Ryan’s attention to detail, commitment to doing the job right the first time, and creative approach to complex plumbing projects help define our standard of work. Together, our founders bring complementary strengths and a shared commitment to our customers and our team.

A team chosen to share our vision.

We have carefully built a team that shares our values and can thrive in the culture we’ve created. Taking care of our people, supporting one another and doing right by our customers are the foundation of Florida Standard Plumbing.
