✓ Florida Plumbing License (journeyman or master)
✓ 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
✓ Clean driving record.
✓ Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
✓ Ability to work independently and manage a job site
Nice to have
Experience with whole-home repipes
Commercial plumbing background
Backflow testing certification
Licensed Plumber
We're looking for a licensed journeyman or master plumber to join our field team. You'll handle residential and commercial service calls, repipes, water heater installs, drain cleaning, and more across Southwest Florida.
What we're looking for
✓ Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
✓ Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
✓ Valid Florida driver's license
✓ Willingness to enroll in a licensed apprenticeship program
✓ Good communication and a professional attitude
Nice to have
Any prior plumbing or construction experience
Enrolled in or completed a trade program
Plumbing Apprentice
